Staff Impact Award

The Staff Impact Award recognizes Cleveland Institute of Art staff members who strive to exemplify the institutional values of the college. Two staff members per year are eligible to receive this award. Award recipients are announced at the college’s annual awards ceremony held in May.
Two award categories are available
- Rookie - staff member with 90 days to 3 years of service
- Veteran - staff member with greater than 3 years of service
2024
- Rookie - Lauren Conway, Director of Career Services + Employer Relations
- Veteran - Andrea Kohoot, Faculty and Academic Affairs Assistant
2025
- Rookie - Megan Stanevich, Assistant Director, Continuing Education + Community Outreach
- Veteran - Zack Frazier, Manager of Digital Transformation +Administrative Systems, Information Technology
